Is Elon Musk Jesus?

Posted on

A simple statistic, and a dumb quote:

Last year Tesla sold 22,450 cars.

“We are witnessing the most disruptive intersection of manufacturing, innovation and capital experienced by the auto industry in more than a century. Tesla may be in position to disrupt industries well beyond the realm of traditional auto manufacturing. It’s not just cars.”

Funny, I just googled “Elon Musk is Jesus” to see if anyone had the same idea as I did.
This guy is expanding beyond electric cars. He wants to revolutionize public transit and the way we power our home. Who knows what other project he has in mind?
If everything goes his way, this guy will have changed so many things for the better in the next 20 years that it will probably be valid to consider him as being the second coming of Jesus, someone put on earth by god to save us all from ourselves using technology.
This is kind of a joke, as I don’t even believe in god, but I hope the analogy will be fitting.
